Too Many Changes – Last Minute Changes To Your Wedding Itinerary
We like to meet our clients about 2 months prior to your wedding date. That gives us enough time to work out the details and deal with any last minute changes that may come up.
THIS IS WHAT WE TELL YOU THE WEEK BEFORE YOUR WEDDING:
Hello, it’s Rob Alberti’s Event Services, DJ & Lighting. Your wedding is about a week away and I just wanted to email you and let you know a few things that you can do to help make your event run smoothly and get the most out of your time at the reception.
If there are any last minute changes to your itinerary – LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. We need to be prepared and can help you orchestrate things much smoother only if we know about them before it’s too late.
Getting one or two last minute changes is expected, but when my typed up questionnaire looks like this at the end of the wedding, you know something went TERRIBLY WRONG. The wedding was a success and everyone danced, but the event manager and I were running around like nuts trying to keep up with the changes.
Oh, and did I mention that I got nearly a dozen emails from both bride and mom the last week with changes? Those were already implemented in the typed version of my paperwork…
