Mechanics Hall – Worcester MA – Wedding Reception – Event Up-Lighting
Mechanics Hall Worcester MA Wedding: We provided DJ, Photo Booth and uplighting services for Nikki’s wedding at Mechanics Hall in downtown Worcester. This is a HUGE venue requiring a large number of our staff to properly run this event (We had DJ, assistant, 2 photo booth attendants and a lighting technician)
We set up the drapery behind Nikki’s head table on stage and then lit everything in baby pink. With nearly 300 guests – this was a full house. The great thing about Mechanics Hall in Worcester, they have a lower level for your cocktail hour and an outer lobby event space if you’d prefer. We normally set up 2 levels of uplighting at Mechanics Hall as the first level has a short column with upper-level seating above.
Mechanics Hall Worcester MA Wedding: This is a cavernous event space and although we set up our DJ system at the front of the hall (normally in front of the main stage) we also set up one or two speakers in the back of the hall to even out the sound and to mitigate the echo effect of such a large space. That way, your guests sitting toward the back will still be able to hear your best man’s toast.
