Jill & Nick’s Wedding at The Society Room of Hartford – Lighting Photos
The Society Room of Hartford Wedding: Jill and Nick hired a band for their wedding entertainment at The Society Room of Hartford. We were brought in to take care of the wedding lighting at this amazing downtown Hartford wedding venue. The thing about lighting is – most companies just do not have bright enough fixtures to do a two story facility like this any justice. The fixtures must be theatre grade and much brighter than a typical cheap entry level LED fixture. (Our fixtures output 28,000 LUX – which is about 3 or 4x as bright as lesser known lighting companies out there)
What did that mean for Jill and Nick’s wedding? Even with the sun shining through the windows – a vivid color was seen for the entire 2 story distance. Check out the images including their name in lights on the dance floor (and later moved out of the way to the wall for dancing)
For their table design – they used famous NYC street names as their table centerpieces. Nick had a connection to the wedding band and sat in on the last set as their drummer as guests gathered to see him perform.
