Union Station – Worcester, MA
I had the opportunity to check out a new venue in Worcester yesterday. I was out in the Worcester/Framingham area meeting clients yesterday. The owners of Maxwell-Silverman's just renovated the old Worcester train station. You just have to see it. It is a large space. All I could think about was how beautiful it would look with our event lighting.

The Publick House, Sturbridge MA – Beth & Keith Dec 2009
Beth & Keith gathered friends and family for their wedding in December at the Publick House in Sturbridge this December. The Publick House had their banquet room decorated with all the Christmas decor. I had the pleasure of working with a couple of my favorite wedding vendors that night. Lunell from Troy Photography was there (helping her friend, JC Carley of JC Carley Photography) taking the photos and Fran from Gagnon Video was shooting video.

Turning an otherwise boring room into something amazing with light
There are some amazing wedding venues in the New England area. Sometimes the spaces that people try to have receptions in are just a bit big and something needs to be done. Lighting can be an amazing thing in a large space. You take a stark white cavernous space and simply add some of our custom gobo light patterns and the space is instantly transformed. Custom Wedding Lighting
Yes, we have two LED wash lighting systems for weddings. We can architecturally light virtually any venue. Sometimes, that is not the look that you want at your wedding. There is something called a GOBO projector. We use these to project patterns on surfaces (walls, ceilings, tents) to give the added feel of TEXTURE to your reception lighting.
What does texture lighting do for you? It takes a normal dull area and turns it into an amazing venue. The bigger, the better it looks with texture lighting. If your venue is a cavernous space (Union Station in Worcester, The Riverview in Simsbury, The Waterview in Monroe, or a tented wedding) we can transform your wedding reception using custom patterns or gobos.

Wedding Inspiration Boards
Exactly what is a wedding inspiration board? This is a great way to see how the ideas for your wedding details will look together. Find a photograph that inspires you. Add in a picture of your reception site or decorations. Add in your colors and then step back and see if they work well together. This is where you will figure out whether your colors work well together or whether you have to change something out to make your vision come into focus.

Marina & Bob – Northampton Center For The Arts
Marina & Bob were married at the Northampton Center For The Arts in Northampton, MA. The Jewish ceremony started with Marina walking in with her parents as guests held red candles to light her way to the ceremony. Rabbi Steven Mason performed a moving ceremony. (We have worked with him many times in the past - he is great)
There were a series of toasts and shot glasses and bottles of vodka were placed on every table. Marina's mom put together a beautiful slide show as part of her toast and we provided the projector and screen so everyone could enjoy it.
Marina & Bob wanted everyone up and dancing throughout dinner and that is exactly what we did.

Weddings – Pinspot On Every Table Centerpiece
Do you want another great wedding lighting idea? Have you considered pinspot lighting your table centerpiece? Imagine as people enter the room and every table is lit up with a simple spotlight. We have both white pinspots and our LED color changing pinspots (we can turn them virtually any color that you wish and we can change colors as your event unfolds). This is a great combination with our LED uplighting as now we can alter the lighting on each table and the walls of the venue.
