Meg & Skip are from the RI area, but found the Society Room of Hartford and fell in love with the space. They quickly realized that they wanted to do up-lighting in this space and the room was just a-glow with our amber lighting. Take a close look at Meg's dress - it was just stunning! It was probably the most amazing wedding dress that I've seen in my 20+ years doing this.
They were heavily involved with their music selection for their reception - NO GUEST REQUESTS were allowed. From Dire Straits to Bob Marley to Death Cab For Cutie and Floggy Molly - it was a very unique night.

In honor of our new podcaster, Tech Talker, today I'll be sharing the best online technology that makes travel quick and easy.
Once upon a time, we had travel agents. Travel agents were friendly people who would book our travel and make sure everything went smoothly. They would even give us an itinerary, showing us where to go and when. Back then, the airlines remembered that passengers were human beings, treated us nicely, and didn't nickel-and-dime us when it came to pillows, or leg room, or snacks. On the other hand, we didn't have the TSA, which now offers a few lucky winners a free body massage before they get on the plane.

Cranwell Resort Lenox, MA – Fire Destroys The Carriage House
Luckily the fire that recently plagued the Cranwell Resort in Lenox only affected the small Carriage House and not the main hotel and banquet room.
A fire at the Carriage House at the Cranwell Resort in Lenox has destroyed the historic building. The fire broke out just after 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Fire departments from 20 surrounding towns were called in to help battle the blaze.
No one was staying in the 18 suite guest house when the fire broke out. Cranwell President and General Manager Lew Kiesler tell us he believes the fire may have started in the attic.
The building was built in 1890 and is next to the Cranwell Mansion and Spa. No other buildings on the resort grounds were damaged.

2010 City of Holyoke Inaugural Ball – The Log Cabin
Mayor Elaine Pluta held one of the most successful inaugural ball with over 400 guests in attendance at the Log Cabin this past weekend. We worked hand in hand with The Crests (band) for this event. We provide 2 video screens, created the slide show, lighting for the band and architectural lighting for the room as well as the custom gobo light on the dance floor and DJ'd between band sets.
