I recently had the opportunity to attend a bridal showcase hosted by the newly renovatedMadison Beach Hotel. Guests were treated to “Blushing Bride” cocktails and delicious hors d’oeuvres while meeting with select vendors chosen to work with the hotel. This is me, pictured below, next to my table chock full of timeless photo albums, fine art canvases and a few elegant and vintage frames fromThe Organic Bloomthat I offer in my packages.
Much like a bride-to-be and her family, I got to taste test foods and meet with these creative and highly sought after vendors to see what they were all about. It was so much fun and I couldn’t wait to bring them to you via the blog! The photos below introduce you toEverthine Bridal BoutiqueandAmbiance Luxe Wedding Designs. (READ MORE)
We were invited back to Bentley College campus to provide sound and light support for comedian Dave Russo. If you ever have a chance to go see him - he his amazing. Both he and his opening act were well worth it.
The comedians tied into our sound board to get a clean audio signal as they were video taping the entire event. Here are few photos of this event:
We started with an empty service bay at The Balise Lexus Dealership in West Springfield (see photo below)
With some pipe and drape, staging, chairs, sound and light - we transformed this space into The Girls Just Wanna Have Fun fashion show. Give us a blank slate and it's amazing what you can do. Check out the photos from our completed work.
We brought in over 300 chairs, 40' runway, a couple hundred feet of black pipe and drape, 20 3watt LED par cans, 6 Leko Jr stage lights, 2 Leko 10 degree gobo projectors, podium, pin spots, truss towers, 6 speakers, 2 amplifiers and a whole lot of cables, DMX wireless system and we completely transformed this industrial space. The next time you pull your Lexus in for service, think about what went on in this space with 38 models, 10 scenes, 300+ guests and one rockin' fashion show.
Anne Garland hosted a day long Women's Empowerment seminar at The Waters Edge in Westbrook CT. We were contracted to provide:
Wireless Microphones
LCD Projectors & Screens
Video Switching / Powerpoint and Video Clips
Professional PA system
Background music
Pipe & Drape
Stage Lighting
Up-Lighting
With our new short throw LCD projectors, we were able to get the projectors to well within 5' of the screen giving more room for attendees.
Thinking about having a wedding under tent? Have you thought about your electrical power needs? One of our recent weddings under tent, we provided what they call an "Electrical Distro Box". This electrical distribution box accepts a 220v input line from the house and then outputs multiple circuits to help run your cater, entertainment and lighting.
Do not forget about your power needs. Running 300' of extension cords is not going to cut it when the cater tries to brew coffee or the lights for the tent go on.
We had the opportunity to work with our good friend Sylvester Samuels from Atmosphere Productions through The DJ Network to provide event lighting at The Aqua Turf club this past weekend. We brought in around 100 different lighting fixtures - LED par cans around the room for up-lighting, pinspots for every guest table, texture lighting (lace pattern) on the divider wall, dance floor lighting, and custom name in lights gobo design.
We had the unique opportunity to perform in a HOCKEY RINK for one of our recent proms. They really did it up with lighting throughout the space, our photo booth rental and large DJ system setup. The students had a blast. Check it out:
