Red Cross – Tornado Relief – Western MA
I had the opportunity to tour the damage in Springfield and West Springfield this past weekend. I just returned from the Monson and Sturbridge area from a client meeting. The devastation is just amazing. Rob Alberti's Event Services has donated to our local Red Cross disaster relief fund. Our thoughts are with all of you who were affected by this disaster.

Sarah & Erik’s Wedding Reception at Elm Court in Lenox MA
Sarah & Erik, our NY clients decided to have their ceremony and reception at a destination location in Lenox MA. Elm Court is an amazing facility that was recently renovated and available for weddings. The rolling grounds have some amazing rock features outside and the architecture inside has been well preserved.
It was touch and go for their outdoor ceremony, but we were able to sneak it in just before it down poured. Doplar radar came in handy on our smart phone.
We provided microphones for the ceremony, DJ and event up lighting in amber throughout the facility.

Juliana & David’s Wedding Reception at the Garden House in Look Park
Juliana & David brought in about 130 guests to the Garden House at Look Park in Northampton MA for their reception. The Garden House was just recently renovated with new carpet and chairs. It looked amazing in there. Juliana & David were high school sweethearts.

Retirement Party of Miss Jacobs
The photo booth was a HUGE success at Miss Jacobs retirement party. I have to call her "Miss" Jacobs because she was my science teacher in Southwick.
Adrienne & Austin’s Wedding Reception – The Cranwell Resort
Adrienne & Austin's wedding reception held at the Cranwell Resort in Lenox, MA started with cocktails out on the front steps of this majestic building. The bridal party members were everywhere around the grounds - there were a few search parties sent out and frantic calls on cell phones as we tried to gather everyone for introductions. (Mental note - not everyone realizes that they need to stay at the cocktail hour when they are part of a wedding party)
The ballroom was filled with 150 or so of their guests and family as they walked in for their first dance - choreographed with a dip at the end! To start dancing off after dinner, Adrienne & Austin called out their bridal party as guests circled the dance floor and Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling kicked off a packed dance floor.

Hindu Wedding Ceremony at Aqua Turf in CT – Wedding Event Lighting
We had the opportunity to work with our good friend Sylvester Samuels from Atmosphere Productions through The DJ Network to provide event lighting at The Aqua Turf club this past weekend. We brought in around 100 different lighting fixtures - LED par cans around the room for up-lighting, pinspots for every guest table, texture lighting (lace pattern) on the divider wall, dance floor lighting, and custom name in lights gobo design.

Winvian in Morris CT for Xavier & Andrew’s Wedding – Event Lighting
We had the privelege of providing PA system and event lighting for Xavier & Andrew's wedding reception at the Winvian in Morris, CT. Although they had to have their ceremony under tent due to inclement weather, that did not dampen their spirits. There was a heart felt exchange of vows and letters read by all members of the wedding party - including some great music quotes!
Dinner was in the Gordon Brown House (Barn Wedding setting) where we provided up-lighting in amber and pinspot the centerpieces of all tables.
Dancing was under a clear-top tent with a HUGE band setup.
