Cheryl & Brandon – Publick House in Sturbrige, MA
Cheryl & Brandon were married outside at the Gazebo located at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA on Sunday. We provided microphones and music for the ceremony and then DJ services for their wedding inside. The room was decorated beautifully by one of their relatives. Each table had a drink name and a huge martini glass was their centerpiece. Cheryl & Brandon had a young crowd and a very active dance floor for a Sunday night wedding.

Nina & Corey – Oakridge Country Club in Feeding Hills MA
Nina & Corey had a beautiful day for their wedding. The reception was held at Oakridge Country Club in Feeding Hills, MA. Our event lighting completely transformed the room. Early in the evening we has simple color washes on the walls with Pinks and Reds. Once dancing got started, the LED wash lights were set to color fade, change to the beat of the music or strobe which helped create a great dance atmosphere.

Nika & Jamar – New Haven Lawn Club in New Haven, CT
We provided uplighting for Nika & Jamar's "Surprise Wedding" at the New Haven Lawn Club in New Haven, CT. Yes, I said surprise wedding. Only a handful of people knew that it was a wedding. Everyone else thought it was an engagement party. One couple came in late and couldn't figure out why Nika was wearing a wedding gown. Others ran back to their car to check the invitation to see if they misread it. It was a great time had by all. Here are some photos that I took. We worked with one of our favorite photographers, Carla Teneyck (these are not her photos - I am just an amateur). Candice from Jubilee Events handled the event planning aspect of this wedding.

“Laura’s vision for their wedding: A mix of southern elegance and global flair with lots of color, rich, warm light, very intimate yet “big” with over-the-top, exotic styling. The design team at Cedarwood mixed gilded, flower laden candle chandeliers, branches, exotic flowers, birds, nests and layered fabrics for this glamorous décor. Think “The Great Gatsby” meets “Moulin Rouge.”
Laura turned to Wedding Paper Divas to custom design her colorful wedding invitations, and she personally designed and created wedding programs, artistic table cards and favor CD covers in coordinated colors with charming bird motifs. Laura’s mom, Suzanne, with help from her middle school students, made colorful paper origami cranes to symbolize marriage attributes of patience and understanding and to shower Laura and Josh with happiness and prosperity on their wedding day.” -Cedarwood Design Team

Based in Westfield, MA, Enfield, CT & Worcester, MA for over 25 years, After Hours DJ Service has chosen to rebrand their company. It’s a whole new name – “Rob Alberti’s Event Services”. This will better reflect the suite of services they now offer. Yes, they do still over Disc Jockey entertainment services, but they also offer architectural event uplighting, theatrical & fashion show lighting, audio/video rentals, photography and photobooth rentals.
With a staff of more than 13, “Rob Alberti’s Event Services” can handle events both large & small and cover all of New England and destination events beyond.
